Get in shape or maintain yourself?

 

Our work will be oriented towards toning and general strengthening of the muscular system. Mobility work based on stretching and coordination will also be necessary. Finally, “cardio” workouts will complete this fitness program.

 

 

Losing weight ?

 

This program combines advice on healthy living (diet, sleep, etc.) with physical activity with a dominant "cardio" effect, both in capacity (endurance) and in power (HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training = short but intense and repeated exercises).

 

 

Manage your stress?

 

This program is based on "cardio" activities if possible in the open air (walking, running), alternating with stretching sessions and calmer breathing exercises.

 

 

Better recover after exercise?

 

Do you have muscle tension or a knot that does not go away and comes back repeatedly during training? Sports massage promotes muscle vascularization and relieves muscle tension. This is often the ideal answer in terms of sports recovery.

 

Do you just want to relax? The "Well-being" massage will be the solution!

 

 

Prepare for a sporting event? A race ? A ski holiday?

 

 

Based on a short program of 6 to 12 weeks (depending on the event prepared), the sessions will be oriented towards targeted muscle and joint strengthening and towards the development of the physical resources necessary for the type of effort envisaged.

 

 

 

 METHOD:

 

First contact (free): Interview to target your expectations, define your profile, and individualize the program according to your availability and your needs. We will define together the number of sessions per week and the duration of the training program.

Personal Training:  50 euros/course

Small group training : 60 euros/course
